The new generation of the Lexus LX570 premium SUV was unveiled at the 2007 New York Auto Show. For the LX570, a new robust chassis and high-tech suspension have been created. The car is equipped with the latest V-shaped 8-cylinder engine. In addition, the Lexus LX570 is equipped with sequential automatic transmission as standard. To improve the aerodynamic properties of the machine, the motor was installed below about 3 centimeters. Appearance Lexus LX 570 has an elegant outline. As a result, even with an increase in size, the drag coefficient decreased to 0.35. The LX saloon, which has eight seats, is replete with quality finishes and is the standard of luxury and silence. With the latest restyling in the car, LED lighting, rear seat heating and ventilation, and many other improvements have appeared.
The list of standard equipment includes four-zone climate control, a Bluetooth navigation system, electric front seats, a second row of seats with a divided backrest in a ratio of 40/20/40 and adjustable in the longitudinal direction with an electric drive, a third row of seats with electric folding, an electric drive rear door, lighting the area in front of the front door with a lamp in the side mirror, headlight washers and heated windshield wiper areas and much more. In a top-end configuration, the car is equipped with a Mark Levinson audio system, a navigation system and an 8-inch full-color touch screen. Passengers sitting on the seats of the second and third row will be able to use the home theater system, which is equipped with a folding 9-inch widescreen LCD display with a 6-disc CD changer. On restyled cars, a larger 12.3 "central monitor and two rear 11.6" monitors are installed.

Lexus LX 570 is equipped with a 5.7-liter V8 gasoline engine with 367 horsepower, which is paired with an automatic 6-speed gearbox. After restyling in 2015, it was replaced by a new 8-speed automatic. The car received the function of selecting driving modes, which also affect the adaptive suspension. There are four of them: Eco, Comfort, Sport S and Sport S +, the latter adjusts the engine and chassis of the car for even more dynamic driving. Smart suspension allows you to compensate for vibration from bumps, while you can independently set the vehicle’s ground clearance depending on the nature of the road, adapting it to specific conditions and situations, and the all-wheel drive system can also adapt effectively to the grip of the road surface. For all Lexus LX570 trim levels, the following safety systems are included from the safety systems: active head restraints of the first row of seats, frontal airbags, side airbags for the first and second rows of seats, curtain airbags for all rows of seats, knee airbags of the first row, ISOFIX mounts. In options: adaptive high beam control system (AHS), Lexus Safety System + active safety systems, including a road marking tracking system, adaptive cruise control, a collision avoidance system, and a traffic sign recognition system. Thanks to a number of new technological developments, the third-generation LX is characterized by significantly increased power characteristics and new safety features. This allowed the car to significantly extend the life on the conveyor. In 2012, the car received changes in the design of the exterior and interior - a new corporate identity with a dominant spindle-shaped grille. More significantly, the SUV was updated in 2015. These cars can be distinguished by a modified front end, fully LED optics, LED interior lighting, and a redesigned instrument panel. Against the background of objective economic reasons, in 2016 the “older” Lexus LX570 configurations lost some equipment and went up in price, and the excluded equipment “moved” to extended configurations with the addition of the “+” sign: Premium +, Luxury + and Luxury 8s +.
