In 2010, the second generation Nissan Murano crossover (Z51) underwent a small update. In particular, the car received a modified grille, new bumpers, LED taillights and 18-inch aluminum wheels of a new design. Murano received a new panoramic sunroof. Inside, there is a new center console, improved finishing materials, white backlighting of scales, an updated multimedia system with advanced connectivity and an HDD 9. 3 Gb. New features include a heated steering wheel, an updated rear DVD entertainment system. In the same year, the manufacturer released the CrossCabriolet open-body model, as well as a version for the European market with a diesel engine.
 In the richest car, it has front and rear fog lights, bi-xenon headlights with washers, LED taillights, side mirrors in body color with electric heating and electric, an electric sunroof, as well as an electric boot. Also, in the top version, the steering column is equipped with electric adjustment for tilt and reach, the engine is started from the button, and leather upholstery is provided in the passenger compartment (with fabric upholstery as standard). The front and rear seats are equipped with an electric drive (front with position memory) and heating (the rear with an electric folding system), and the climate system is equipped with an additional control system for rear passengers. The additional equipment includes: Bose audio system with 11 speakers, 6-channel amplifier with digital signal processing; built-in monitor for passengers.

 Under the hood, the Nissan Murano is still the same 6-cylinder engine of the VQ family with a capacity of 3.5 liters and 249 hp. and torque of 336 Nm. The transmission is the next-generation Xtronic CVT continuously variable variator. It allows you to accelerate the car to a limited electronically maximum mark of 210 km / h, and it takes 8 seconds to accelerate from standstill to 100 km / h. In the combined cycle, fuel consumption is declared within 10.9 liters per 100 km.

 Nissan Murano is designed on a class “D” platform, which is designed to provide the crossover with high driving performance. The design of independent multi-link suspension uses a large number of aluminum parts.

 Of the safety systems, the equipment of the Nissan Murano (Z51) includes front and side airbags, as well as air curtains. Active safety systems are represented by a whole set: ABS, EBD, emergency braking assistance system, VDC dynamics control system with traction control, adaptive steering. The car is perfectly prepared even in such "trifles" as the presence of xenon optics, a rear view camera, cruise control, light and rain sensors, and tire pressure monitoring.

 The increased interest in the Nissan Murano in the market was greatly facilitated by a well-thought-out pricing policy, modern technical equipment, luxurious interior and its spaciousness, ensured by a well-thought-out layout.
