Mitsubishi Grandis 1 generation 05.2003 - 05.2005

Van
The Mitsubishi Grandis minivan is a single-volume car built on the original platform with a large wheelbase (2830 mm) and a wide track (1550 mm), but it is lower than most of its classmates (1690 mm). Two versions are available on our market in capacity - six- and seven-seater in combination with two transmission options - a five-speed "mechanics" or a four-band adaptive "automatic" INVECS-II. The engine is offered one: a four-cylinder with a proprietary system for changing the phases in the gas distribution mechanism and the lift height of the 2.4-liter MIVEC valves, developing a power of 165 hp
The six-seat version of the Mitsubishi Grandis offers two comfortable front seats with armrests, two separate seats in the second row and the third row with the Hide & Seat transformation system. This system allows you to drown the seats of the second and third rows to the floor level, forming a perfectly flat platform with a total trunk volume of about 1545 liters. The seven-seater minivan is equipped with a second row of seats, which, if necessary, fold in a ratio of 60:40 and can move independently along the longitudinal guides.

Mitsubishi Grandis is equipped with the most advanced active and passive safety systems: MASC (Dynamic Stability Program), Emergency Brake Assist, MATC (traction control), ABS with EBD (electronic brake force distribution), RISE safety body, child seat mounts isofix, front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, as well as airbags and a visual and audible warning system for seat belts that are not fastened. In the most affordable version for the Russian buyer, “Invite”, which is offered only with a seven-seater saloon and manual transmission, the equipment includes a suspension with increased ground clearance, climate control, a rear heater, heated front seats, an audio system with a CD player.

The next in terms of equipment seven-seat version of "Instyle" is offered with an automatic transmission. Unlike the Invite, it has 17-inch alloy wheels and tinted windows. The Instyle interior features silver door handles and trim on the center console and doors, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, and velor trim.

The most expensive version of the Mitsubishi Grandis "Intense" is offered only in the six-seater version and only with the INVECS-II Sports Mode automatic transmission. MASC and MATS electronic systems are installed on it. Outwardly, it differs from the Instyle version with chrome door handles, xenon headlights, two hatches and roof rails. In the trim - lining "wood", black leather seats with heating, and on the steering wheel - a combination of leather and wood. For rear passengers has its own climate control.
